• Prose is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Marketing Go-to-Market Director to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across haircare, skincare, and non-custom goods • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving GTM initiatives, optimizing digital experiences, and scaling businesses in the beauty industry – while not afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen • This is the opportunity to join a fast-growing startup and an energetic team that works together to deliver creative solutions that are transforming the way people think about and shop for hair care • Prose is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture, and is looking for talented problem solvers who lead with passion and who face any task with a positive mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, ecommerce, product marketing, or related roles, with a focus on beauty / CPG • Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-category marketing strategies, brand strategy, and digital marketing initiatives • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing performance • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, as well as managing a team of direct reports • Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for storytelling and aesthetics • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results and a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute in a fast-paced, startup environment • Experience working with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), eCommerce, and/or subscription-based models is a plus
