• Support Prose’s annual influencer program • Assist Senior Manager with developing campaign strategies • Identify, vet and analyze influencer partners • Liaise with Growth team for customer acquisition • Source and contract influencers monthly • Manage development of content briefs • Facilitate content review process • Work collaboratively with Brand/Creative Strategy • Oversee internal micro community for influencers • Analyze and report on performance metrics
• 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience executing organic + growth led influencer activations • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business • Experience working at a start-up, DTC, or haircare/skincare company is a plus • In depth knowledge of managing performance-led influencer marketing programming e.g. whitelisting programs, etc. • Proficiency in Google Drive, Tribe Dynamics & Meta Business Account is a plus • Knowledgeable about all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.) • Understanding of industry trends and best practices to drive awareness to the brand • Strong organizational skills & detail-oriented • Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools • Ability to build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships • Must have very strong organizational and communication skills
