Description

• Fully responsible for the day to day optimizations in Facebook Ads Manager for campaigns utilizing our audiences in client ad manager accounts - not manage of the entire ad account. • Manage day to day communications on audience performance and tactical Ad Manager optimizations with assigned clients • Report on paid media performance to the commercial team for assigned clients • Collaborate with Proxima’s senior growth marketing consultants on delivering optimal performance for assigned clients • Develop new optimization strategies and tactics with your Media Strategy colleagues to drive better overall performance • Communicate with the Product and Data Science teams to provide feedback and insight on audience strategies • Guide the larger Proxima team on best practices and new developments in media buying strategies across all major social platforms our clients use • Commitment is 15-20 hours per week

Requirements

• 7+ years of paid Facebook advertising experience and driving quantifiable results • 7+ years managing paid social media advertising clients • 2+ years of paid TikTok advertising experience • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Client facing experience with strong skills in data storytelling • Excel prowess in manipulating raw data into digestible action items
