Description

• Under the direction of a Manager or Senior Manager, the Clinical Services Lead is an integral part of the account team, ensuring partner satisfaction through on-going communication and management of partner projects. • The Clinical Services Lead ensures partner deliverables are met during new implementations and projects, monitoring and prioritizing case workflow, and handing first tier customer service issues. • Monitor team productivity for abstracting, case finding, and follow-up to meet team targets. • Conduct weekly team reviews of the dashboard to identify performance issues and share findings with Senior Manager/Manager. • Understand partner expectations and maintain high partner satisfaction through regular communication. • Take ownership of partner deliverables, including accurate and timely submissions and case completion. • Monitor compliance for CoC accreditation. • Champion QC technology for internal workflow improvement. • Act as the primary owner for new implementations and projects. • Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned. • Handle less than 5% abstraction tasks, as needed.

Requirements

• Must be the proud recipient of a ODS Certification. • 3+ years direct data abstraction experience in the Cancer Registry. • 1+ years providing coaching and guidance to teams. • Exposure to patient medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical databases. • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Microsoft Excel).
