Description
• Developing and managing Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), ensuring that all data handling practices are in line with legal requirements and best practices • Leading the development, implementation, and management of our compliance programs, particularly in relation to privacy laws, data protection regulations, and AI-related standards • Overseeing and maintaining compliance certifications such as SOC2, ensuring continuous adherence to standards and facilitating audits • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures into product development, data processing activities, and AI/LLM initiatives • Providing guidance and training to internal teams on compliance-related matters, fostering a deep understanding of regulatory requirements across the organization • Staying current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to proactively address potential compliance risks
Requirements
• Extensive experience in compliance, particularly in privacy, data protection, and industry standards such as SOC2 • Strong understanding of AI governance, LLMs, and the associated regulatory landscape • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and ensure meticulous attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex compliance information clearly and effectively • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with diverse teams, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical responsibility • Proficiency with compliance management tools, privacy frameworks, and related software • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in our SoHo office
