Description
• Collaborate with the executive team to shape the company's strategy, • Drive thoughtful analysis to enable data-driven decision making, • Lead the annual budget process, • Set a regular cadence for review of company-wide OKRs, • Work directly with the CEO and CFO to prepare materials for meetings, • Work cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies and establish processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 5 years experience with a background in consulting, investment banking, or private equity. • Experience working at startups is a plus • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated track record of driving improvements to performance and processes • High performing self-starter with an eagerness to work in fast-paced environments • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term strategies • Collaborative team player to quarterback cross-functional initiatives • Ability to distill complex analysis into clear insights and communicate them effectively • Excellent leadership and communication skills
