• Core member of operations team contributing to organizational growth • Develop, own and manage large partner relationships and strategic ecosystem initiatives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for events, offers, growth programming • Drive company-level business objectives • Ensure clear communication and maintain deal hygiene in sales tools
• BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus • 3+ years of Business Development or related experience • Ability to work cross-functionally and within deal lifecycle • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Exposure to B2B sales is desirable • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRMs is desirable • Experience working in both U.S and LATAM is desirable
