Description

• We are looking for an exceptional leader and operator to join as a Director of Product Partnerships to define and execute our partnerships strategy with our most critical partners. • You will negotiate and execute major deals across all major commercial and legal elements. • You will be responsible for these relationships, ensuring our partners understand our priorities and hold them accountable to their commitments. • You will refine our strategy and define new, creative partnerships that we need to invest in. • As the Ramp product footprint increases, you will ensure we have the partnerships in place to deliver amazing product experiences that deliver on our mission to save customers more time and money. • You will thrive because you excel at driving high-paced results while collaborating and leading cross-functional teams. • Your creativity will drive competitive differentiation that makes our already strong product ratings even higher and inspires new customers to join Ramp. • You’re great at building relationships, negotiating high-stakes and complex deals and can simplify complex topics. • You’re able to drive cross-functional projects at high velocity and motivate external and internal constituents, including product, engineering, operations, and more. • When you don’t know how something works, you have the skills and resources to find out.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience across relevant roles in Business Development, Partnerships or Product • Demonstrated track record of having created game-changing, industry-leading partnerships, taking them from ideation to market • Ability to question the status quo • Exceptional analytical and strategic skills, an understanding of technology and user needs, and a strong focus on driving complex deals to closer and managing them to deliver long-term value • Experience closing and managing technology partnerships • Clear communication, structured thinking, organization and project management skills • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners • Strong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value • Creativity in solving problems and proposing new ideas • Drive to advance pace and ensure teams are executing at high velocity

Benefits
