Description

• RapDev is seeking a highly skilled pre-sales Solutions Engineer to join our ServiceNow Sales team • Responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to customers and prospects, helping them understand and utilize the full range of RapDev’s services to maximize the value of their ServiceNow platform • Work closely with the sales team, customers, and technical staff to propose, design and demonstrate solutions that meet each customer's unique needs, using a deep understanding of out-of-the-box behaviors and of customizations to drive maximum value

Requirements

• Live in and authorized to work in APJ • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or a similar technical sales role, preferably in the software industry • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions and a strong understanding of use cases and value propositions • Knowledge of, or willingness and ability to develop knowledge of, ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and core platform capabilities (CMDB, Integration Hub, Automation Hub, etc.) • Technical capabilities in areas such as Cloud Engineering/SRE, Application and Infrastructure configuration and maintenance, Application Development/SDLC • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop customized solutions • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities • Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
