• Lead Data Engineer responsible for establishing and maintaining technical excellence within the team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields • Proven track record of leading complex data engineering projects • Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modelling tools • In-depth knowledge of data integration tools and best practices • Strong understanding of cloud-based data services and technologies (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, Google BigQuery) • Strong strategic and analytical skills • Proven proficiency in implementing and optimizing data pipelines using modern tools and frameworks, including Databricks and Delta Lake • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
