Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive national, regional, and local paid media strategies • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. • Manage scoping and negotiation with paid media agency • Brief-in and create a compelling case for creative assets • Lead a team that monitors and responds to campaign performance • Thought leadership in industry trends • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques • Manage budgets effectively • Stay abreast of algorithm changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field. • 10+ years experience as a Paid Media Lead or in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successful campaign management, creation, and optimization • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus. • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is highly desirable. • Must love cars!
