• Work with a cross-discipline team to build core systems and recommendation strategies. • Own Room Discovery and engagement strategies tailored to entity types. • Establish key outcomes for monitoring systems and collaborate with engineering and data teams. • Build trust across product teams and coordinate with partners. • Collaborate closely with Trust & Safety teams to design end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product manager experience • 5+ years of experience developing/improving core engagement loops from the ground up • 5+ years of experience working on search and discovery products, including products involving machine learning, ranking, and signal building • In-depth understanding of the content recommendation process and basic principles. • Experience writing queries or manipulating data using SQL/Python/R to inform long-term roadmaps.
