Description
• Lead effort in detecting harmful actors and improving child safety on the platform • Build machine learning models for production that flag malicious players • Own the logic and outcomes for the Voice Toxicity system • Design KPIs for the T&S org and identify opportunities for achieving those KPIs • Investigate fraudulent financial transactions and build models to identify bad actors • Work with operations to develop tools to improve moderation efficiency
Requirements
• 6+ years of analytics experience with a proven track record of deriving insights leading to product changes • 2+ years in trust & safety in a larger organization, experience with child endangerment and law enforcement interaction strongly preferred • 2+ years in a fraud detection or integrity-focused role within a consumer-based app • Significant expertise in experimentation methodologies • Very strong knowledge of SQL • Experience with Python or R is a plus • Effective communicator with the ability to distill complex concepts into easily digestible insights • A Bachelor’s or Masters in Math, CS, or related field
