Description

• Analyzing product performance, gathering and interpreting data, and providing insights to drive product development and enhancement • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports • Conducting market research and competitor analysis • Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) • Conducting user research and gathering feedback • Monitoring and analyzing user behavior and engagement • Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders • Staying current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a related role within the SaaS industry • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Looker • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Understanding of the recruitment and HR technology landscape is a plus
