Description

• Prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly close deliverables • Assist in preparation of the monthly flux analysis for management review • Prepare audit support for external and internal audits • Assist in developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures & performing internal control procedures (SOX) in areas of responsibility • Establish effective relationships and work cross-functionally across the organization • Drive process improvements and efficiencies for areas of responsibility • Assist in any accounting-related system implementations • Participate in special projects, analysis, and reporting as required by management

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; ideally, a public accounting/private industry mix • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required • CPA (or on track to be certified) strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX required • Excellent attention to detail and analytical, organizational, problem solving, and prioritization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams • Able to work under time pressure, prioritize a high workload, and meet strict deadlines • Team player with a positive attitude and open mindset, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work in a dynamic environment • Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced and constantly changing environment • Experience working with NetSuite and Coupa a plus • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace (e.g. Google Sheets and Slides) required
