• The independent and self-motivated Community Outreach Specialist is an essential part of the Reema Health care model in our New York market. • This role is heavily based in cold outreach interactions and quick relationship building to help members access the care they are eligible to receive. • They possess an innate ability to identify others' motivations, build strong connections, and move people to action.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or sales; cold outreach preferred • 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, Community Outreach, Social Work, Health Education Human Services, Healthcare Sales, or other related fields. Years of related experience and subsequent expertise can be substituted for years of completed education towards a bachelor's degree • Strong ability to initiate conversation and create connection quickly • Strong ability to develop, adapt, and execute outreach plans • Proficiencies in critical thinking, time management, strategizing, and multitasking • Comfortability with making high volume outbound calls and text messages • Metrics-driven approach to your work; meeting goals in a timely matter • Knowledge of social issues and community resource navigation • Strong propensity towards building trusting relationships quickly • Excitement for working in an innovative startup environment where change is frequent • Basic knowledge of all related computer and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and Video Conferencing required; G-Suite preferred • Technology proficient
