Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus • 4+ years minimum managing either global supply chain, operations, NPI, or sourcing / procurement • Experience in executing/managing elements of a full product lifecycle is a plus • Experience in the automotive, FMCG, industrial automation, energy, or related manufacturing industries is a plus • Experience standardizing or managing cross-company processes is a plus • Management and multi-industry experience is a plus • Warehouse, plant, or other facility operations experience is a plus • Six sigma certification or demonstrable lean manufacturing experience is a plus • Comfort with technology and an interest in problem-solving with startup-level resources • Proven collaboration, communication, and presentation skills • Experience working with executives with the ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence others
