Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of building user-centric applications at scale in healthcare. • Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL) and a strong understanding of user experience and design principles. • Experience building full-stack user facing features for web applications while prioritizing performance optimization and security. • Proficiency and strong knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and EHR / EMR systems. • Experience leading technical design discussions and providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and architecture principles. • Experience building full-stack user facing features for web applications while prioritizing performance optimization. • Experience designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL-based APIs. • Experience leading complex features driving the technical architecture and requirements. • Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. • Experience implementing mechanisms to drive high velocity, highly functioning engineering teams. • In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, relational databases in general, as well as messaging systems. • Knowledge of compliance and health data privacy standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST) is a plus.
