As a Direct Marketing Associate, you'll be at the frontline of our Neighborhood Marketing Program, being a difference maker while enjoying great benefits. This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record with reliable transportation to navigate to and from work • Sales experience preferred • Energetic and persuasive personality with ability to build Rapport and develop relationships • Ability to present ideas and information in an effective way that engages and motivates, multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, manage time effectively, superior customer service skills • Proven follow up and organizational skills, read and comprehend instructions and information • Must have physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, meeting and talking to people and happy to work outside! Availability to work evenings and weekends, actively listen and communicate effectively • Conflict management skills and ability to contribute to a positive team culture and create a culturally inclusive environment • Ability to be empathetic and build trusting team member and customer relationships • Ability to effectively problem solve in a fast-paced environment and receive and seek feedback
