• Convert inbound and outbound calls into appointments • Enter information into the appointment setting tool • Attend training in Rochester, NY office • Work Mon-Fri 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM and Sat 9AM - 2PM
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment • Ability to type 35 wpm • Strong PC and software skills • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Benefits
