Description

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing. • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Contribute to the creation of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and email templates. • Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing activities, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and reporting. • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and handling other tasks. • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. • Prepare regular marketing reports, analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement. • Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or commensurate experience • Experience creating copy for distribution from a business or organization • 3 years proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. • Proficiency in HubSpot, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and reporting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs
