Description

• You will manage and work alongside the engineers on your development pods • Work with the engineers on the team to prioritize and drive toward the pod's product objectives • Foster engagement with the open-source community • Develop a deep understanding and can clearly communicate the problems and opportunities of our users and our customers • Assess incoming customer issues and help the team determine how best to resolve them • Collaborate with your product manager partner to ensure your team is highly effective • Contribute to how we shape and continue to evolve Replicated Engineering culture

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding and application of the techniques and methods of modern product delivery, especially iteration and value validation • Prior work experience building and delivering technical products • Experience and passion for supporting and developing individuals on your team, and partnering with peers • A champion of remote and distributed first culture • Strong written and verbal communication • Startup experience is highly valuable
