• Leverage BPO and Insurance Industry expertise to sell business services • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients • Manage sales lifecycle and communicate effectively with clients • Direct strategy, planning, and execution of business development activities • Proactively introduce solutions to improve business performance • Develop relationships with internal and external customers to identify partnership opportunities • Learn and introduce new ReSource Pro products and services

Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO) • 5-10 years insurance industry experience • Bachelor’s degree • Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations. • Insurance designations preferred. • Proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships. • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to listen effectively to client and audience responses (verbal and non-verbal) • Exceptional interpersonal skills
