Description

• Architect and Develop End-to-End Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient code within our applications. • Lead Code and Architecture Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product and customer teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure alignment between technical and business goals. • Mentor and Guide Junior Engineers: Foster a culture of warmth, innovation, and excellence. • Grow and Learn: Continuously improve as an engineer or manager and share new knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of industry experience in software development, with a demonstrable track record of delivering software projects. • Proficiency in our tech stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, AWS, or the ability to quickly execute within these technologies. • Experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures and bringing products from concept to completion. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for building safe, accurate, and defensive software. • A commitment to code quality and testing, including unit testing. • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
