• Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is seeking an energetic, well-organized, and proactive Talent Sourcing Intern • Communicate with Talent Acquisition Manager to identify experience of desired talent • Source, sort, and filter through resumes and candidate profiles to select talent for open requisitions • Upload potential matched candidate resumes to ATS and notify Talent Acquisition Manager • Complete daily priorities and tasks with daily touch points • Various administrative tasks (i.e. spreadsheet tracking, resume notes, etc.) and communication via email and slack to complete daily responsibilities

Requirements

• Possess a genuine heart and passion for working with a team and meeting goals. • Must have a task-oriented mind-set, self-starter, and positive attitude. • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to achieve results under pressure and meet deadlines. • Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative setting. • Ability to perform all other duties as assigned. • 1-2 years of HR related experience • 1-2 years of actively pursuing a post-secondary education in HR related field • Previous administrative or recruiting experience
