Description
• Oversee financial and accounting operations • Lead accounting team of five • Manage financial risk and compliance with accounting standards • Conduct detailed financial analysis for strategic decision-making • Report to the Vice President of Finance
Requirements
• 10+ years of corporate or public accounting experience with a minimum of 8 years experience in a corporate accounting management role • Experience at a VC-backed or PE-backed company • High proficiency and experience with Netsuite • At least 3 years of experience managing a team in finance/accounting • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly technical organization; adept at working cross-functionally and building support across different stakeholders • Strong written communication skills. Can distill complex subjects into clear and succinct memos or presentations • Prior track record in building and managing a lean, high-caliber accounting team within a high-performance operating culture that supports the development and growth of our team • BA or higher, preferably in Finance, or Accounting • Big 4 experience preferred • CPA license required
