Description
• As a Software Engineer at Rise8, you'll be at the forefront of driving software innovation and client collaboration. Working with clients unfamiliar with agile software development practices, you'll lead the charge in introducing concepts like design thinking, test-driven development, and continuous deployment. Your role involves not just developing working software but also educating clients on the value of agile methodologies. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you'll deliver user-driven functionality and ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of software solutions. With your expertise in a variety of programming languages and strong communication skills, you'll thrive in our pair-programming environment and contribute to the growth and success of our engineering practices.
