Description
• Lead design strategy for the PFM group • Collaborate with PMs and engineers • Mentor a team of designers • Ensure efficient design workflows • Champion user-centered design principles • Utilize data analytics for design iterations • Present designs to senior leadership • Test prototypes with the research team • Maintain company’s design system • Drive continuous innovation • Stay informed of industry trends • Participate in recruitment of design talent
Requirements
• At least 8 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role • At least 2 years of experience in a role with design management responsibilities • Proficient in Figma • Strong understanding of how design translates into code • Effective executor and skilled mentor • Empathy and leadership skills • Strategic thinker and problem-solver • Willing to mentor and lead by example • Excel in a collaborative environment
