Description
• Develop key art images for packaging, advertising, print and the web • Develop illustrations from concept and sketches to finished product • Closely mimic pre-existing art styles • Develop new art styles • Develop branding-based illustrations
Requirements
• Mastery of Photoshop • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field (video games, film, or book publishing) • Passion for contemporary culture, including video games, film, and art • Exceptional drawing and painting skills • Strong knowledge of anatomy, gesture, composition, perspective, and use of color is essential • Exceptional and efficient sketching ability for developing illustration concepts • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work in and quickly adapt a variety of art styles is essential, ranging from very graphic to photorealistic
Benefits
• The pay range for this position in New York State at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 - $120,000 USD per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates • Total compensation package may include bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided upon offer of employment • Employee will be in an "at-will position" allowing the company to modify base salary or any other discretionary payment at any time
