Description
• Build systems to automate complex knowledge work in financial analysis, research, due diligence, and more • Create financial research worth paying attention to by aggregating, analyzing, and producing insights from real-time information • Handle sensitive client data from the largest financial services companies on earth • Work beyond existing AI benchmarks • Address product, architectural, and business problems like natural language interfaces, model evaluation, versioning/training/segregating models, and more • Report directly to the CEO and CTO and work closely with the team • Execute across sales, fundraising, hiring, and product direction • Help secure multi-million dollar multi-year contracts from top financial services firms • Ensure excellent user experiences and change the nature of work in a $1T+ industry • Tackle unsolved research and engineering problems related to LLMs in production
Requirements
• 2+ years in professional services • 2+ years experience in industry operations, sales, product, or other • Experience executing efficaciously in intense environments • Examples of M&A advisory at Goldman or management consulting at McKinsey • No required experience in AI or large language models • Bonus points for being an early employee at a hyper-growth startup, experience at world-class product organizations, technical knowledge, fun solving hard problems, passion for working hard, caring about talent density, and having eclectic interests
