• Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy • Manage account planning and forecast accuracy • Provide Sales leadership with feedback about the market opportunity • Refine our understanding of the ideal customer profile • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities • Grow and maintain in-depth knowledge of the carbon market, climate, and Rubicon Carbon • Craft compelling sales materials • Customize proposal packages and proactively remove blockers
• 7-10+ years of experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise/ Fortune 500 • Strong belief in a customer centric selling philosophy • Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large Enterprises • Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers • Good articulation of competitive positioning • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Inclusive teamwork skills and a positive attitude • Passion around climate change and sustainability
