Description
• Own visual and workflow design for several features and products • Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve and refine our design system • Team with product management and engineering to identify product direction, feature set and behaviors • Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions • Share and articulate your informed design decisions with team members and stakeholders • Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members when appropriate
Requirements
• 1-2 years’ experience as a product/ux designer • Understanding of product design processes from discovery to delivery • Understanding of product design systems thinking and interaction patterns • Proficiency with industry standard design tools: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, etc • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Experience in healthtech or healthcare a plus
