Description
We are seeking a Sr. Psych Operations Insights Manager to enable Rula’s expansion of the Psychiatric Services business. • This person will use analytics to improve our operations. • Delivering data assets that enable/drive operational processes • Conducting analyses to diagnose core problems • Delivering reporting that helps synthesize the performance of the business unit
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of analytics (operations, growth) experience • Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders • Experience delivering assets that are embedded into operational processes or workflows (e.g., scripts) • Expert in Python and/or SQL, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
