Description
• Responsible for managing user accounts, ensuring security and efficiency of IT systems, and supporting technical onboarding and troubleshooting • Manage provisioning of user accounts, endpoint management, workspace administration, tech integrations, and future IT projects • Implement and maintain tech integrations such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and provide support for new user onboarding • Experience with SOC2/ISO27001 audits and follow-up execution
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in IT administration or similar role • Experience with SSO technologies, networking, SIEM technologies, MDM solutions, and cybersecurity practices • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
