Description

• Play a crucial role in driving growth by sourcing qualified Growth Sessions for Account Executive team. • Schedule sessions, engage with potential clients, and address objections while exceeding outbound call expectations. • Consistently exceed 100 outbound dials per day. • Set a minimum of 10 Growth Sessions within one month. • Collaborate in a high-performing sales team to improve performance.

Requirements

• 6+ months of inbound/outbound B2B sales development experience • 6+ months of experience with high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day) • Applicants must reside in the US or Canada • Exceptional verbal communication skills • Proficiency and competence in working with CRM systems • Experience in a startup/SaaS company (preferred) • Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines (preferred) • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills (preferred) • Familiarity with our tech stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Workspace, Salesloft, Gong (preferred)
