• Be the owner of all strategic sponsors to global events • Execute sponsorship fulfillment and communicate all timelines and deliverables to accounts • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Educate and drive adoption of SaaStr's sponsorship offerings • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to sponsors • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• BS/BA or equivalent > 3.0 years of experience managing clients post-sales • Experience in an account management capacity • Passion for building relationships with clients • Expert on client relationship management • High attention to detail • Experience working with Salesforce a plus
