Description
• Leading data and evaluation partner for frontier AI companies • Safety, Evaluations and Analysis Lab (SEAL) focusing on building robust evaluation products • List of representative projects including evaluation benchmarks, red teaming methods, automated rating systems, and critique modeling • Seeking talented researchers to promote safe and transparent AI deployments • Base salary range of $200,000 - $370,000 with additional benefits such as equity • Opportunities for career development and advancement in the AI industry
Requirements
• Commitment to promoting safe, secure, and trustworthy AI deployments • Practical experience in technical research collaboratively • Proficiency in Pytorch, Jax, or Tensorflow • Track record of published research in generative AI • 3+ years of experience in ML problems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Nice to have: hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, crafting evaluations, cloud technology stack, and machine learning models in a cloud environment
