Description
• Guide a pipeline of projects from early-stage development to construction • Oversee site acquisition and control diligence • Manage environmental and geotechnical studies • Coordinate with engineering resources for site plans • Maintain positive relationships with utilities • Support project acquisition efforts • Stay informed about local and federal policies • Track and report project progress and spending • Manage permitting efforts and approval processes • Manage projects through interconnection • Provide project due diligence and development recommendations • Build strong relationships internally and externally • Manage and coordinate multiple projects • Gather market intelligence and strive to be an industry leader
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field • 10+ years of project management experience in the solar industry • Passion for sustainability • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Highly organized and self-motivated • Familiarity with PV Syst, Helioscope, and Google Earth
