• Evaluate data from various business functions to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. • Create and refine financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across departments. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data and financial analyses to guide business strategy and decision-making. • Review and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall efficiency. • Analyze potential investments and business initiatives, using financial metrics and data to assess their feasibility and impact. • Develop comprehensive reports that integrate business and financial data, providing clear insights to stakeholders and leadership. • Develop and track key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of various business functions and financial performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, preferably within a tech startup or fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights that drive business and financial strategies. • Experience with SQL and Python for advanced data manipulation, statistical analysis, and building financial models. • Proactive approach to identifying data-related problems and developing innovative solutions that enhance business performance and financial outcomes • Strong proficiency in presenting data findings and financial insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders through written reports and verbal presentations. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, utilizing data to navigate and respond to rapidly changing business conditions.
