Description

• Manage and implement all campaigns related to new Subscriber Onboarding, Empty Queue, referral programs, and all transactional emails. • Designing and leading CRM projects that enhance customer retention and reduce churn, focusing on developing a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviors and needs. • Conducting detailed cohort analysis to identify trends and areas of improvement within customer segments. • Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics related to customer engagement, LTV and retention, utilizing CRM tools to derive actionable insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM system management and project leadership within a retention context. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies, including Looker, Mixpanel, or similar tools. • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute initiatives, coordinating operational support and tactical efforts through CRM channels. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a capability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. • Leadership qualities that foster team collaboration and drive toward achieving strategic retention goals.
