• The Associate Creative Director will be responsible for strategic thinking and creative development on all assignments. • Must manage creative guidelines while driving the development process with the creative team, focusing on messaging and creative strategy. • Responsible for writing and/or conceptualizing all forms of advertising including TV, radio, print, collateral, and digital.
• Minimum 5 years of creative experience, including copywriting. • Proven ability for presenting to clients in a personable, persuasive manner; excellent communication skills. • Experience writing all forms of advertising including traditional and new media. • Must be able to multi-task effectively. • Self-starter who knows what to do and doesn’t have to be told. Proactive. • Previous experience with entertainment accounts is a plus. • Must be able to lead creative conversations with the client and the creative team. Must have excellent presentation skills
