Description

• The Davis Agency is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our Insurance Sales - Work from Home position. • This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services. • The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line growth. • Responsibilities include demonstrating, promoting, and selling products and services. • Strategically presenting functionality and value of products in the form of propositions to prospective customers seeking Life Insurance. • Developing and fostering relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. • Meeting and exceeding individual and team goals for new customer acquisition. • Tracking progress and results by recording and documenting prospect interactions and goal attainment. • Researching and understanding the target market by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and market opportunity.

Requirements

• Some experience in sales preferred but not required. • Must be willing to obtain state license if not Health/Life licensed. • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships. • Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed goals. • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating. • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs. • Hard work, good work ethic, and self-driven. • Be Coachable. • Able to organize and manage a consistent schedule and timeline. • Able to work remotely. • Pursuit of personal growth by participating in virtual training, self-improvement, virtual meetings, conferences, and online trainings.
