Description
• Work closely with a small, dynamic team to iteratively improve the user experience across our platform • Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and ultimately, production • Design web and mobile experiences that are simple, intuitive, and visually compelling • Participate in regular design reviews, actively seeking and incorporating feedback • Execute on the product roadmap, contributing to the definition and evolution of our product strategy • Collaborate daily with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams to bring your designs to life
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional Product Design experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Proven experience in designing consumer-facing experiences for both web and mobile platforms • Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and clear, effective communication • Experience working in collaborative environments alongside engineers, user researchers, and product teams • Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools • A low ego, open-minded, and collaborative approach to work
