Description

• Implementation Engineer (IE) manages customer onboarding for ShipHawk software. • Conduct remote onboarding and drive customer stakeholders to project objectives. • Deliver high-quality customer implementation experience that exceeds customer goals. • Establish cadence with customers, communicate issues, and advocate internally. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-3 years implementing and/or supporting supply chain execution systems • Curious and quick learner, with a healthy dose of initiative • Excellent time management skills, able to efficiently prioritize tasks and remain flexible • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and analyze problems without extensive context • Experience working in a fast paced environment with an ability to create a positive customer experience • Ability to multitask using a variety of different programs and platforms
