Description
• Design, research, prototype, and build new products • Support existing products • Collaborate with stakeholders and team engineers and analysts • Configure, maintain, and administer JIRA Core, JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence, and other key components and add-ons • Create and maintain custom workflows, fields, screen schemes, dashboards, metrics, reports, permission schemes, and notification schemes • Help guide and maintain organization of data in Confluence • Analyze current functionality and determine areas of improvement • Implement new features and handle support requests • Provide support and training to stakeholders • Build/optimize/streamline processes with technical solutions • Perform basic Linux and Windows Server administration tasks
Requirements
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Exceptional understanding of Jira and Confluence • Experience with website development using HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, and jQuery • Practical scripting skills in Powershell, Python, Bash, and Groovy script • Ability to develop custom scripts for Atlassian Add-ons • Identify and recommend new plugins • Integrate Atlassian products into other solutions • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Understanding of Agile principles
