• Sigma is fully managed SaaS, next-generation business intelligence and data exploration platform • Offers a spreadsheet-like interface for analyzing live data securely • Looking for leaders to provide career development, coaching, mentoring, and managing responsibilities • Need a self-motivated technical manager to lead a team of engineers • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver innovative features • Own execution and delivery of roadmaps, and recruit and build a diverse team of engineers • Enable team members' career development goals and work towards them • Partake in discussions about architecture and implementation techniques • Mission is to empower everyone to make the best decisions by removing barriers in data analysis

Requirements

• Strong computer science fundamentals • 5+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of people management experience • Opinionated with great product sense • Hire, build, and develop high performing engineers • Curious, love to learn new technologies and pick them up quickly • Demonstrate strong technical architecture and engineering skills with ability to switch between technology paradigms • Love working with world-class engineers, product managers, and architects • Strive to excel, innovate, and take pride in work
