• Provide services to children ages 3-5 in a multidisciplinary team approach • Evaluate children in area of expertise for initial / requested / annual evaluation as per CPSE • Develop and complete IEP’s for children evaluated
Requirements
• New York State Education Department certification in required area: Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy/COTA • Fingerprint Clearance (Department of Investigation and Department of Education) • New York State Central Registry Clearance • Annual Medical Clearance
