Description

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for the real estate properties. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements in all financial reporting. • Utilize Yardi Voyager to maintain and enhance financial systems and processes for efficient property management. • Manage all aspects of property accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and month-end/year-end close processes. • Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Monitor and analyze financial performance of properties, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are provided.

Requirements

• Expertise in using Yardi Voyager at the enterprise level, with a strong understanding of its financial modules and capabilities. • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, real estate accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • CPA or other relevant advanced degree or certification preferred.
