Description

• Advocate for user needs and collaborate with product leadership • Own and craft end-to-end user journey and product design execution • Deliver solutions with focus on great user experience • Work closely with engineers and cross-functional team members • Present product design ideas to teams, leadership, and clients • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders • Evaluate development work and ensure alignment with creative vision and user experience • Stay updated with latest trends and recommend new tools and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams • Proven experience leading digital design for clients • Fluent in English with a C2 CEFR rating • Well-rounded portfolio demonstrating understanding of client objectives • Proven experience in all design phases: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, usability testing • Proficient in Figma and component-based design • Strong prototyping skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback
