• Job duties include: - Performing administrative support tasks such as data entry and receptionist duties - Operating phones and scheduling appointments with clients - Communicating with internal staff and external clients - Providing customer and internal support and service • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with administrative support and customer service preferred
